This Privacy Policy explains how Leadelta, a service operated by Al Yunis LLC (“Leadelta,” “we,” “us”), handles information collected through this website and the Leadelta platform, including when you request a demo, ask us to call you, or exchange text messages with a firm using our service.

Information we collect

When you submit a demo request or call-me request, we collect the information you provide:

  • Your name
  • Your law firm name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your practice area
  • Any notes or message you choose to include

With each submission we also record information needed to evidence your consent and secure our service: which consent choices you made and the exact disclosure text shown to you, the date and time of submission, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent. We may also record basic marketing attribution (such as the referring page or campaign). We do not collect information through advertising or tracking cookies; see “Cookies and analytics” below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your request and contact you about a demo or your inquiry
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services
  • To send marketing communications, only where you have separately opted in
  • To keep records of consent and to comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, described here by category rather than by name:

  • Telephony and communications providers (to place calls and send text messages)
  • Email delivery providers
  • AI processing providers (to power intake and related features)
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

Our AI processing provider is OpenAI. As our service provider, OpenAI processes the content of text messages, emails and call transcripts that pass through the Leadelta platform, to produce summaries, drafts, lead scores and related features for the firm using our service.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Leadelta, our users, or others.

SMS/text messaging

Where you have provided consent to receive text messages, the following terms apply to that messaging program:

  • No third-party marketing use: mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the communications providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages themselves.
  • Message frequency varies depending on your interaction and requests.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard charges govern.
  • Opt out or get help at any time: reply STOP to opt out of further messages, or reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will not receive further marketing or follow-up messages.

Data retention

We retain the information you submit, and the associated consent records, for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, record-keeping, and dispute-resolution obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your privacy rights, including California (CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of any “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

Cookies and analytics

Our marketing website sets no cookies. To understand how it is used, we count visits to its pages with our hosting provider’s web analytics, which does not use cookies. Each visit is counted by the page’s address only, without the part after a “?” or “#”.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, and our pages do not load scripts, fonts, or other content from third parties. Intake forms, file upload pages, and unsubscribe pages run no analytics and set no cookies.

The Leadelta platform uses cookies set by Leadelta only: to keep signed-in users signed in and to remember a display preference. They are necessary for the service and are not used for tracking. Where sign-in through an identity provider is enabled, that provider’s scripts and cookies are used on the sign-in pages only. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Emails sent through Leadelta do not track whether they are opened or which links are clicked.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
