Why I built Leadelta
I'm Dani, the founder. I started Leadelta after watching personal injury firms spend thousands of dollars per lead — and then lose those leads because the call came in at 7pm and nobody answered.
Existing intake tools handle the call but stop there. Existing case management tools start after the case is signed. Nothing owns the gap in between. That gap is where law firms lose most of their pipeline. Leadelta is that gap, automated.
Leadelta is a team of five. I lead product and engineering. Four others built the original prototype that became the foundation for what's here today.
Why personal injury firms first
Personal injury is the toughest test case. Lead costs are highest, response time matters most, and the workflow is the most complex — qualification, photo collection, statute of limitations tracking, medical records. If Leadelta works for personal injury, it works for any law firm.
